Although, 2012 was full of court fights for Apple, but year 2013 seems much peaceful for the company.  We have already seen 10 year truce that was announced in between HTC and Apple in November and there is possibility that we will get the same news for other two fights.
One of the most popular spat of Apple is with Samsung. Although, the companies have met several times to talk and sort out things or issues between them but came out without any positive result. This time also Samsung has said that they are again ready to sit with Apple to clear their rivalry.
Other big fight of Apple is with Google. Late CEO of Apple, Steve Jobs vowed thermonuclear war on the Android from Google, but the existing CEO Tim Cook of Apple has advised that he is not much interested in the litigation.

It is true that the company were offering music to their users as per their demand with apps like iCloud and iTune. However, as per some sources the company is working on a deal with three huge record companies and very soon it will come out as a positive result. However, we can’t deny the fact that the company is spending huge amount for getting this deal work in their favour.

Improvement in Maps:

However, it is true that it cannot be done overnight and will take some time to do so. Even Google took several years to get their very own software. We also can’t deny that the company is hiring people in huge number for the task, even form their rivals with huge payment.

Siri out of the beta:

Now, it is more than a year with an app like Siri, which is showing age in her voice. The company provided voice assistant few new tricks with the iOS 6, however Google’s Android 4.1 jelly Bean Update made this service look bit clumsy and slow. Hence, there is a rumour that the company is planning to give a huge integration and boost to the service and at the same time will also introduce on platforms such as Apple TV and Apple’s Mac.
