Archos G9 Honeycomb Tablet
The Archos G9 is powered with Android Honeycomb OS, its on pre-order from 20th September and will be available in market from October. It comes with a massive 250GB Hard Disk.
The Archos 101 G9 tablet will have two versions, one of 16GB for $399 and another 250GB version for $469. It will be loaded with 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 dual-core processor. It will also have a Turbo version having an OMAP 4 dual-core processor with 1.5GHz. Remember the massive 250GB Hard Disk will come with heavy weight but will be quite interesting tablet when it comes out.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 will release before Apple releases its iPad 3. This tab is also available for pre-order. It will have a 16GB version for $469 and a 32GB version for $569. It has an 8.9-inch screen with Android Honeycomb 3.1 OS with 1GHz dual-core processor, it will be powered with 1GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be one of the best Android tablets ever.
Asus Eee Pad Slider
The Asus Eee Pad Slider tablet will be release by the end of this month. This device will also feature the Honeycomb OS with a 16GB and 32GB for $475 and $ 575 respectively. It will come with a 10” IPS Display with 1280 x 800 resolution, a 1.2 mega pixel camera, and a Dual-core Tegra 2 processor. It will come with additional features like Mini-USB, MicroSD and Mini-HDMI slots. Talking about its build quality it’s quite strong, looks elegant than others.
Analyst from BGR has projected that the Amazon kindle will be the best Android tablets of the year 2011. This tablet will be unveiled by November this tab will have a 10-inch screen with 7-inch slate. They even predict that this device will be an iPad 3 killer and will be priced at $250 only. The question is whether Amazon can actually be an iPad killer?
Git Media has recently launched their two Android Honeycomb tablets. It seems they want to give a grave heat in the competition. They have bought new innovative things to offer to their customers. These two android tablets will have same looks but run on different processor. One has the NVIDIA Tegra dual-core chip while the other one has the Samsung Exynos dual-core chip. Both of them will have a 10.1-inch display, a 250GB Hard Disk, 1GB of RAM, 2MP camera (front facing), 5MP camera (rear facing), Android Honeycomb 3.1 OS, Mini USB, USB ports and a Micro SD slot. It seems that even these Tablets will turn out to be a good competitor.
