Nearly, all cameras are reviewed with the function know as ‘full frame’ or 35 mm lens in the world of Photography. May things like crop factor, Focal length, Aperture are base on the equity of the 35 mm. In consumer’s range of cameras a 35 mm technology is the mostly available. The models like Nikon D800 and Cannon EOS 5D Mark II have these features.

Like other models full frame model like Cannon EOS D1x and Nikon D4, in which the 35mm lens chip is a slight bigger as compare to the other models. But we are here to focus on the Medium Format Camera.
Since year1800 we are familiar to the medium format photography. If you remember the old gigantic cameras that were used to click the photo of your Grandpa was also having a 35mm technology. Image Quality:

As this Pentax 645D is equipped with 40 Mega Pixels and 44x33mm CCD sensor, the image quality is really awesome. It has a high ISO and a impressive low light sensitivity. It has a 36x24mm full frame, which is mostly found in professional camera like Nikon D700.
The Auto Sensor is really awesome. The only thing that you need to manage is the shadow or clicking photo in dark. The size of the RAW file image is 65 MB where as the size of JPEG is 16 MB.

It really has a better and high resolution images and video quality. IT also has a better optical view finder and better controls.
- Cons:
The RAW file size is really high. It is giant, therefore not that easy t o carry. The price is really height as it could not be suitable to the entire professional photographer.
